From handmade Italian cookies, to fresh pasta, our chef is known for deep flavor profiles.
Rustic wooden shelves, vintage crates, industrial exposed ceiling, enhanced with color, pattern, art, greenery, and texture.
After transforming our space within the Simon Silk Mill, we opened in late 2020 and now offer homemade pasta, cured meats and artisan cheeses, pizza, sandwiches/paninis, Italian imported products, and a coffee/espresso bar in Easton, Pennsylvania.
“Cement floors and exposed brick walls are reminiscent of the mill’s rich history. To your left, the exposed kitchen chefs up delicious treats. To your right, tall and wide windows create a spacious feel and reveal the beautiful outdoors. Just in front of you, a wondrous array of Italian delicacies is showcased on a vintage, sky blue micro pickup truck.
Behind this statement piece, housemade pasta (radiatori, girandole, orecchiette, oh my!) are arranged on wooden étagères. There are all kinds of pickled vegetables including zucchini, broccoli rabe, seasonal asparagus, and eggplant.
I was so distracted while investigating the mini market’s wonders that I nearly forgot I could order food to eat there. Once you have decided what to taste, I recommend you dine al fresco at one of the restaurant’s ruby red outdoor tables and chairs. They are delightful and match the market’s aesthetic perfectly.”
